Terms of use
Last updated 5 October 2026
By using RadioFuse you agree to these terms. They're short because the app does one thing: help you listen to radio stations that are already publicly available online.
What RadioFuse is
RadioFuse is an independent player. Station information comes from the public Radio Browser directory, and audio streams directly from each broadcaster. RadioFuse does not host, rebroadcast, record or modify any audio, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any station it lists.
Station content
Programs, music, news and advertising you hear come from the broadcasters, who are responsible for them. Station names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the station. Availability, quality and content can change at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial listening.
- Don't record, redistribute or publicly perform streams through the app.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the app, the directory or broadcasters' servers.
Removal requests
If you are a broadcaster or rights holder and want a station removed, hidden or corrected, contact us via the support page. We act on verified requests promptly, and you can also update your listing directly with Radio Browser.
Ads
The app and website are free to use. The website may show labelled display ads. The app may show labelled ads in the interface, including an occasional short rewarded video. Ads are never inserted into or played over a station's audio, and they never appear inside the player controls. See also Advertise and the privacy policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee that any station will be available or that the app will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
